Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Quotations are based on the information provided and may change if project requirements change.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate company details, measurements, artwork, logos, approvals, and other required information. Delays caused by incorrect or late information may affect project timelines.

4. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production. Changes after approval may result in additional charges and/or delays.

5. Payments & Cancellation

Payment terms are specified in the quotation or invoice. Cancellation or changes after work has started may be subject to applicable costs and charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Our original designs, drawings, graphics, and website content may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission. Customer-provided materials remain the property of their respective owners.
